All Intern programs don’t require prior experience, although it’s always welcome. These programs last 8-12 weeks, during which time you’ll learn skills in your respective stream in fastmoving environment. Most tasks are on a project basis, whereby you’ll often be switching team and individual workloads. The largest deciding factor for the internship program is a candidate’s ability to be coachable, motivated and inclusive.

Their main task isn’t disseminating information or even keeping on top of progress, but aiding those on their team to achieve their tasks. Making sure your team has the tools they need to succeed, while breaking down sources of friction.
