Exterior turret cameras were discretely installed under the soffits, and on brickwork without additional bulky boxes, providing comprehensive coverage of the property’s perimeter.
Network & Control
A structured wiring cabinet houses the home’s networking core — including a switch, a patch panel, and a hardwired WiFi system — all on an APC battery backup to keep the home connected and protected during power interruptions.
Audio
Audio was brought to every corner of the home, including some unique spaces. The cedar sauna received a moisture-resistant ceiling speaker to enjoy music during a session, while the main living area features premium flush-mount in-ceiling speakers that disappear into the ceiling above the home’s striking marble and hardwood cabinetry.
