Custom DMX Spa Lighting Controller
This striking lakefront property in Beaverton features bold modern architecture with diamond-patterned slate cladding, glass balconies and wood accents. Automation Toronto was brought in during construction to wire and integrate the entire property, including an outbuilding on the lake.
Security
Cameras cover every angle of the property — from the slate-clad main facade and garage to the lakefront bunkie and dock. All feeds are managed through Home Assistant, accessible remotely from any device.
Gate & Access
A video intercom was installed at the driveway entrance, providing remote access control and visitor screening from inside the home.
Audio
Multiple audio zones span the home, driven by dedicated zone amplifiers housed in the equipment rack alongside the NVR and home server. B&O speakers with machined metal grills provide crisp sound to fill the space.
Infrastructure
The mechanical room houses the network rack. Exterior cabling was trenched along the property to reach the lakefront outbuilding and front gate. In floor heating was also automated, along with multiple blinds.
Hammam
The home features a custom Turkish hammam with ornate mosaic tilework and LED mood lighting driven by a 1 of a kind custom made DMX controllers — a truly unique space.
