Our most ambitious project to date boasts a number of unique features to cater toward the needs of this very special client.
At its core runs a distributed high-availability cluster, something that would be more at home at a data center. If any of the computers that form this quorum go down, the others can take over seamlessly. They’re also on both generator and battery backup, with tied in security
There are well over 15 kilometers of cabling, terminating in 3 principle locations, one of which is purposely concealed in a hidden location for security reasons.
Over 50 lighting zones, 13 of which are for exterior and landscaping, are automated through a variety of means, including GHz radar, PIR, ecliptic coordinates and AI camera feeds. 4 Scene switches in the kitchen, family room, master bedroom and secondary master control lighting, music and security.
The security system is built on the same distributed and highly available architecture of the main system. We can not reveal the exact details of the system, but it’s invocative of Fort Knox.
The six mechanical rooms are controlled by 6 smart thermostats. The enormous snow melter is wifi connected as well.
12 Zone Sprinkler System, more than a dozen mounted TV’s, ( including 1 overhead for the gym, 1 waterproof for the pool). Video and voice intercom in all major rooms.
